Marketplace and commerce operations

Redesigned major parts of the marketplace across desktop, tablet and mobile while working across Angular, Spring Boot and Flutter. I improved discovery, app-like navigation and core customer, seller, product, order and admin workflows.

ENGINEERING EXAMPLE Search redesign

Moved product search away from repeated server-dependent exact matching toward cached client-side search with similarity scoring and synonym mapping, reducing unnecessary requests and improving tolerance for real user queries.

Human-in-the-loop e-commerce automation used in operations

Built and integrated an operational workflow using Python/FastAPI, Gemini API, Google Drive APIs and image-processing tools to transform raw product visuals into review-ready catalog assets and draft products.

DESIGN PRINCIPLE Automation with control

Rejected outputs are recorded with reasons, traceability is preserved, and publication still requires human approval instead of silently pushing AI output live.
